We had the pleasure of working with Odelle recently on a project with the Predictive Index for our Management team. Odelle did an exceptional job of running the session keeping it fun, informative, relevant and engaging. Whilst at Westpac, we utilised the PI toolkit both for existing staff and potential new hires. The insights gained from this tool and the subsequent training/workshop offered help to accelerate the changes needed in team culture and communication. Excellent program.
We engaged with Odelle to conduct Predictive Index on the team members and present the findings at a Team Building session. As this was a new team, it was important to get insights into the individual team members and the diversity within the team. The session was interactive, energetic and enjoyable. It provided a great opportunity to understand individual and team dynamics. These learnings are assisting in better collaboration and communication which is leading to more effective outcomes. As one colleague said to me “I am spending more time on the situation and not on the person as I have a good understanding of how to approach and work with him.”
Odelle ran a Predictive Index leadership session with my direct reports yesterday and she was amazing. The team were blown away by the insights, and Odelle facilitated the event in an engaging, authoritative and impactful way. Great value, and great insights.
